Throughout the years I have specialised in supporting individuals in authentic expression, exploring identity, and embracing change specifically through transitions into new seasons of life.

PSYCHOTHERAPEUTIC COUNSELLING

As we navigate through the complexities of modern life, it’s easy to find ourselves confined within societal boxes and labels that restrict our true selves. We may feel that we have lost touch with who we are, or that our current life  doesn’t truly align with what we desire and need.

I offer 1 to 1 psychotherapeutic counselling that can be offered face to face, online, or our session can be taken outdoors in the form of walk and talk therapy.

 I use  an integrative therapeutic approach, incorporating elements to support your mind, body and spirit, that encourages you to break free from any constraints, while empowering you to let go of limiting labels and embrace authenticity.

Learning to manage and adapt through difficult transitions is a large part of the work I do. These moments may be unexpected, ongoing, or pivotal moments of life in which the impact feels significant, overwhelming, unbearable or even unimaginable. This can present as a loss of self-esteem, loss of sense of self, anxiety, self defeating behaviours, addiction, lack of confidence, co-dependency, lack of motivation, or depression.

Whatever season in your life you are in, is a season we can gently walk through together.

GROUPS & COMMUNITY EVENTS

We run a variety or community events throughout the month, such as walks, workshops, retreats, that utilise the full benefits of working with nature, movement, the outdoors and/or group work.

With Outdoor Therapy, we combine a range of professional therapeutic approaches rooted in an experiential opportunity that evokes a sense of freedom, peace, confidence, healing, connectedness, acceptance and belonging.

Activities such as group hiking, nature art, wild swimming, forest bathing, grounding, moving meditation are all part of what you can experience with our group.
